课程简介
财务管理是企业管理的核心组成部分，管理者需要使用各种财务工具，对企业的财务状况进行分析，对资产、现金流、投资、融资、利润分配进行管理。财务管理包括预算管理体系、财务控制体系、监督核查体系、税务体系、风险管理体系和投资决策体系。良好的财务管理是公司良性运作的重要前提。
 
对于企业管理人员而言，能够阅读财务报表只是最基础的要求；合格的企业管理人员需要能够对资金的有效使用、成本的合理控制、投融资的风险分析、预算的合理测算、现金流的合理水准进行全面的掌握和调整。
 
西苏格兰大学MBA财务管理课程，以财务管理基本理论和原则为基石，辅之以丰富的案例研究，使学员迅速掌握企业财务管理的方法和精髓，并应用于实践之中。

课程目标
Upon completion of the course and relevant assessment and testing requirements you will
be capable to:

3. Discuss the importance of key financial statements and cash flow statements.
4. Calculate financial rations and use them to evaluate the financial health of a company.
5. Describe financial forecasting, planning and budgeting.
6. Explain the time value of money.
7. Distinguish between kinds of bonds.
8. Identify the basic characteristics and features of stock.
9. Define and measure the expected rate of return of an individual investment.
10. Explain capital budgeting techniques and its uses.
11. Identify guidelines by which we measure cash flow.
12. Explain how a project’s benefits and costs are calculated.
13. Describe the concepts underlying the firm’s cost of capital.
14. State how a firm can determine its financial mix.
15. Discuss the dividend policy and internal financing.
